Etkinliğe katılım gösteren öğrencilerimiz, sektör ihtiyaçlarından yola çıkarak yaratıcı fikirler üretecek ve tasarım odaklı düşünme metodunu deneyimleyecektir. Sürecin sonunda öğrenciler fikirlerini prototipleme aşamasına taşıyarak jüriye sunma fırsatını yakalayacaktır. Öğrenciler atölye sürecinde grup çalışması yapacak olup, bir yandan da akademik bir araştırmanın parçası olacaktır. 

Atölye programı üç oturumda gerçekleşecektir. Oturumlar;

‘Uygulamalı Bilimler ve İnovasyon’ semineri ile başlayacak, ardından ‘Tasarım Odaklı Düşünme’ metodu konusunda katılımcılar eğitim alacaktır. Ardından katılımcılar gruplar halinde empatik röportaj ve fikir geliştirme konusunda çalışmalara başlayacaktır.

14 Ekim Salı OpenDay Fikirden Prototiplemeye Geçiş Oturumu

Katılımcılar geliştirdikleri fikirlerden birine odaklanarak yürütücüler ile kısa görüşmeler yaparak Openfab alanında prototipleme çalışmalarına başlayacaktır. 

17 Ekim Cuma 9:00 - 12:30 Proje Sunumu ve Değerlendirme

Gruplar proje sunumlarını tamamlayarak jüri değerlendirmesine sunacak olup, geri bildirim alacaktır. Jüri değerlendirmesi sonrasında projeler değerlendirilecek olup, ödüller sunulacaktır.

‘Uygulamalı Bilimler Eğitiminde Tasarım Odaklı Düşünme Temelinde Yenilikçi Fikir Geliştirme’ konulu akademik araştırma kapsamında atölye süresince veri toplama yapılacak olup, katılımcıların etkinlik öncesinde başvuru formunda yer alan ‘Etik Kurul Onay Formu’nu incelemesi gerekmektedir. * Uygulamalı Bilimler Fakültesi öğrencilerinin katılımına açıktır. Kazanan ekip uluslararası EM Cup Yarışması’na katılım fırsatı yakalayacaktır. Dereceye giren öğrencilere sürpriz hediyeler sunulacaktır. 

Students participating in the event will generate creative ideas based on industry needs and will experience the design thinking methodology. By the end of the process, students will have the opportunity to move their ideas into the prototyping phase and present them to a jury. During the workshop, students will work in groups and will also be part of an academic research study.

The workshop program will take place in three sessions.The sessions are as follows:

October 9, Thursday  17:30 - 20:30 Innovative Idea Development Session - 1

October 10, Friday  17:30 - 20:30 Innovative Idea Development Session - 2

The session will begin with the seminar titled "Applied Sciences and Innovation", followed by a training on the Design Thinking methodology. Then, participants will begin working in groups on empathic interviews and idea development activities.

October 14, Tuesday OpenDay – From Idea to Prototype Session

Participants will focus on one of the ideas they developed and, after short consultations with the facilitators, begin prototyping in the Openfab area.

October 17, Friday | 9:00 - 12:30 Project Presentation and Evaluation

Groups will complete their project presentations and submit them to the jury for evaluation. Following the jury’s assessment, projects will be evaluated and awards will be presented.
